Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets have not been used or restrung.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off & Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
